How Can I Get Personalized Help?

Providing superior personalized support is one of our key priorities. The following are quick and easy ways to get the answers you need:

1) Ask On Our Forums
The forums are probably the fastest way to get an answer, since there are almost always people online and available to answer your question.

Unfortunately, if things are broken, this is probably not the fastest way to get them fixed, but others may be able to help you find workarounds.

2) Select An Advisor
Advisors are other clients just like you with one difference - they are experienced in building websites, have used our service for a while, and are volunteering their time to help you out.

As each Advisor can only take on a small number of clients (99 absolute maximum), you know that they will always have time to personally help you with your problems. Selecting the right Advisor can be one of the best tools for getting answers.

3) Contacting Support Via Email
Like everyone else, we also have the default. It's a mailbox where you can send questions to get answers. Although we do our best to personalize this service, there are a lot of clients and so this is often difficult.

If you need a fast response then use the keyword urgent. This can go anywhere, message or title. Use this if the problem is directly affecting your ability to get set up with our hosting, and you need to get set up right away.

The following tips are useful to improve the timeliness and quality of responses you receive:

1) Send email from the address with which your account is registered. If you commonly use another address, adjust your account settings. Alternatively, provide your username with every submission.

2) If you have more than two issues that need to be solved, number them! This will ensure that we don't miss solving one of your problems, and also makes it a lot faster for us to check them off.

3) Errors should include screenshots and lots of details. If your website doesn't work, there are literally hundreds of things that could be wrong, so anything you can say to narrow it down is much appreciated. Does cPanel work? Can you access through a proxy? Did you change anything recently? Is there any specific error that appears? Most of the problems we get are not related to server problems but client mistakes, DNS issues, or firewalls that block IP addresses.

4) If you ask for an upgrade, please mention what you need. We do not upgrade to any stage except through Hosting > Upgrade, but we can provide temporary extra features as you need outside of that system.

5) Don't forget to say thanks, and rate our service based on the quality of response you receive.
